Shipping policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and 2 - 5 business days for delivery. 

 

all orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the next day.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

 

If a package is returned to Beauty & Glam due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been CONFIRMED DELIVERED to your address.
